The cost for a Thermal Experience is $75 plus tax. and included a robe, towels and spa slides for your stay of 3 hours.

A reservation is required and a credit card is required to secure your booking. Method of payment can be charged once at the spa. ( cash, credit card, gift card)

The thermal experience consists of alternating between hot, cold and relaxation 3 to 4 times for an optimal thermal experience.

The spa operates all year round rain,snow or shine.

Rejuv does not offer compensation for bad weather. However, if you wish to reschedule, please advise us 24 hours prior to your visit. 

In the event of a storm, the facility may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. In this circumstance, guests will be entitled for a refund. 

Towels, robes, spa slides and lockable lockers are provided.

You must bring your bathing suit and a recommended water bottle.

Guests must be 18 years of age to gain access. Guests that are 16 years and older may be considered if accompanied by an adult. 

It is not recommended for people who are pregnant for safety reasons. Contact your health provider for information.

Stay hydrated, listen to your body and respect its limits.

If you have health problems it is recommended to consult your health care provider before visiting Rejuv.

Please respect the arrival time of your booking.  Once on site you may stay for your 3 hour time slot.

Gift cards do not expire. 

Rejuv is not responsible for lost gift cards.

Gift cards are non refundable.

We offer light snacks and refreshments (no alcohol) to purchase.
Guests may bring their own snacks if they wish.

There is no onsite accommodations but there are many available rooms within a 15 minute drive.

A late cancellation or missed visit leaves an empty space in the schedule that could have been filled by another guest. 

• Reservations remain 100% refundable to the original method of payment if cancelled at least 48h before your reservation time.
• Cancellations made between 24-48h prior will be entitled to a full reservation credit in the form of a gift certificate that will be sent to the main email used for the booking. 
• Guests who notify less than 24 hours in advance, will be charged 50% of the price of the thermal experience.

Friday and Saturday evenings are reserved for social days.  Guests are free to speak in a normal tone of voice instead of whispering. 

To help you and other guests leave worries behind and respect the calm atmosphere all other days are considered quiet days, where we ask guests to whisper.

Phones must be kept in your lockers.

We do our best to include everyone at Rejuv.  All our equipement, including hammocks, chairs and hanging pod tents have a 440lbs capacity.  Our robe size fits up to a 2XL.
